I bought an ATN X-Sight Pro 3-14 scope after being intrigued by the advertisement and having a conversation with the sales team. Unfortunately, I had to return the unit three times before finally receiving one that functioned properly. When attempting to zero the reticle as instructed, I was surprised to find that I had to physically walk to the target and mark a large circle around the point of impact in order to determine where to adjust the cursor.

This is hands down the most exceptional customer service I have ever encountered. They are always eager to assist and consistently go above and beyond to ensure your complete satisfaction as a customer. I cannot emphasize enough how highly I recommend them. Purchasing from them is a breeze, and their service is truly outstanding. Other companies could greatly benefit from observing their approach to doing business. It is an absolute pleasure to engage in transactions with them.

I recently bought an ATN X-Sight 4K Pro 5x20 and I must say, it's an outstanding product. The customer support I received was top-notch as well. They promptly responded to my email, which was impressive. I highly recommend both this product and this company for all your optics needs.

I purchased an ATN X-Sight 4K Pro last week and the sales representative provided excellent assistance. However, I encountered numerous problems while trying to learn how to use the scope last night. The screen froze multiple times, so I contacted customer support this morning. They advised me to reinstall the firmware, even though the scope already had the latest version. Unfortunately, I faced further issues during the firmware update and had to call customer support a second time. The individual who answered the phone had no knowledge about ATN products, provided me with incorrect information, and was extremely rude. As a result, I have decided to return this product tomorrow.

I reached out to ATN for replacement parts that I had lost. Despite not being financially strained, they responded to my request very quickly. I absolutely adore my ATN scope, and their customer service is exceptional too.

I contacted customer service regarding firmware issues, but unfortunately, I was unable to speak to a representative and received no response to my voicemails for two days. I attempted to call again on the third day, but still couldn't reach anyone. However, when I reached out to a salesman, I only had to wait for 2 minutes. It has been quite some time now, and I still haven't been able to get in touch with anyone. I strongly advise against purchasing ATN scopes.

These scopes constantly break. I had two expensive ones and had to send them back. Eventually, I decided to switch to night vision instead of thermal. The scope would change its zero after just a few shots. It was extremely frustrating to miss out on so many animals due to the ATN scope, which ended up costing me a lot in terms of potential hunting trips. I switched to Swarovski with a Pulsar clip on, and now I never miss. I will never go back to ATN again.

I had a problem with losing a small part from my ATN scope. I contacted customer care and they were very easy to reach. I received a response from Milen "My" almost immediately, and he was extremely friendly and helpful. Their customer service is excellent and they offer products that I really enjoy. As a predator hunter, I recently started using the Thor LT 384 3-6x for night hunting and I am amazed by this scope. It started as a curiosity but has now become an obsession. The fact that these scopes are affordable means that I can upgrade to the 640 without having to remortgage my house! Seriously, if you're interested in night hunting, I highly recommend getting an ATN Thor thermal scope. You won't regret it!

I went to the Atlanta store to find a gift for my husband. The employees there were extremely helpful and well-informed. I ended up buying a Thor 4 and had a fantastic experience overall. I will definitely recommend the new Atlanta store to my friends.

I bought the ATN Thor-LT, 4-8X 160X120 on November 5, 2022. I had no problems with the ordering process, and the shipping was fast, as I received it on November 11, 2022. However, I encountered an issue with the scope not being able to focus. According to their return policy, I had 10 days to contact them for a return authorization. I tried reaching out to them via email, chat, live call, and voicemail starting from November 14, 2022. Unfortunately, as of today, November 28, 2022, I have not received any return authorization. This has been a disappointing experience with their customer service.

After considering it for about a year, I finally made the decision to purchase the 4k-HD 5-20. However, I opted for a refurbished one and I must say, I should have done this much earlier. The picture quality is crystal clear during the day and equally impressive at night. The features are absolutely amazing, for instance, the one shot zero function is incredibly cool! I connected my cell phone to the scope using obsidian 4 and the level of control I have without even touching the scope is mind-blowing. I definitely plan on purchasing another one, the 3-14, in the future. If you're considering making this purchase, just go for it! You won't be disappointed.

I own two day/night scopes, a thermal scope, and day/night binoculars. All three scopes come equipped with laser ballistic calculators and range finders. They have been functioning flawlessly for over a year now. The customer service I received was exceptional. These scopes are undoubtedly the top-notch night vision scopes available in the market. Moreover, they are reasonably priced. Surprisingly, the thermal scope outperforms my ten thousand dollar Trijicon Thermal. The night vision binoculars are truly impressive. The features they offer are mind-blowing. For instance, the "One Shot Zero" feature allows you to input the coefficient and parameters of your ammunition just once. I personally use four different types of ammo, but the scope can store up to six. After that, all you need to enter is the wind speed and direction. With a single button press, I can range my target and the scope automatically adjusts the reticle. It takes into account factors like angle, dew point, humidity, temperature, and more. Considering all the capabilities they offer, these scopes are undoubtedly the best ones available.

I'm still uncertain about the reliability of the scopes software, which is why I had to return my scope. The customer service was satisfactory, but I highly recommend that ATN prioritize delivering dependable products and excellent customer service (as mentioned in numerous reviews) before promoting them. Without ensuring the first two aspects, the reputation of the third will suffer greatly from negative reviews.
